Chair 2016 – 2017
I associate my love of wind, water, and rock with my identity as an Atlantic Canadian. I grew up in Halifax and developed a deep appreciation for the natural beauty I observed throughout Nova Scotia and the Atlantic region. I became a member of WRWEO after my partner and I moved to Timberlea in 2005, and over the next ten years, I became an increasingly active member. I hope to serve WRWEO, its vision, and its members, in a manner that honours those who have devoted energy and effort building and sustaining WRWEO to this point.
Co-chair 2015 – 2016
I am a research and evaluation consultant. I studied history at Dalhousie and the University of Ottawa and Atlantic Canada Studies at Saint Mary’s University. I associate my love of wind, water, and rock with my identity as an Atlantic Canadian. I grew up in Halifax and developed a deep appreciation for the natural beauty I observed throughout Nova Scotia and the Atlantic region. I became a member of WRWEO after my partner and I moved to Timberlea in 2005, and during the past couple of years I have become an increasingly active member. This year (2015), I have joined Nanci Lee in the role as Co-Chair and hope to serve WRWEO, its vision, and its members, in a manner that honours those who have devoted energy and effort building and sustaining WRWEO to this point.
